Know Me Better 12/8

Share it Please
This is a weekly meme hosted by I Am A Reader, Not A Writer. She picks five questions off her author interview question list for the bloggers to answer so we can all get to know each other better. Yay!! :) Let's see what questions she has chosen for us this week.

Pet Peeves?
Mine are all about grammar. I am not perfect with grammar but double negatives and saying good instead of well are the ones that get me, especially good instead of well. "How are you doing today?" "I am doing good." NO! That is wrong. You say, "I am doing well." Or, in my son's TaeKwonDo class his instructor always says, "You did good." Gah!! It even hurts to type. No, it's "You did well." haha! Okay, yeah, I'm weird. I know.

Give us a glimpse into a typical day in your day starting when you wake up till you lie down again.
My alarm goes off at 6:45am. I wake up (but stay in bed) and read my scriptures and say my prayers. Then I crawl out of bed (grudgingly) and get online for all my social networking and e-mail sites. :) Sometimes I do a little bit of homework too.
8:00am The kids wake up and we fix breakfast and snuggle for a bit while they wake up.
8:30am Showers, dress and morning chores until about 10am.
10am School!! My kiddos virtual school which is public school online so they have virtual classes and teachers and everything. My our state law, we must do this for 6 hrs.
(3 days a week we have speech therapy for my oldest and they go in different times in here).
12pm lunch and outside play.
1pm nap time for the youngest and more school for the oldest.
3pm Gym! Yay!! The kids go to the childcare while I work out, sauna and shower. A little bit of me time
4pm afternoon chores
5pm Hubby gets home then I take kiddos to TaeKwonDo or dance depending on the day and the child.
6:30pm Dinner!
7pm bedtime chores -- kids get dressed, we have quiet time, family scripture study and family prayer.
8pm kids to bed and start homework. I am in online school as well... full time college girl here. I am working on my BA in elementary education. I normally do this until midnight.
12am I make my hubby's lunch then drag myself to bed to start this all over again the next day. ;) Love it!!! =o) My life really is great!

Pizza or Pasta?

I prefer pizza!! :) Especially with mushrooms and olives. MMmmmmm..... =o)

Finish the sentence- one book I wish I had written is....
The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood. ;) Have you guys not figured out yet that this is my favorite book? LOL!

Favorite sport?
Basketball! When I was young I played on the school soccer, tennis, basketball and swim team. I continued to play basketball all through highschool though. It was by far my favorite and when my younger sister and I were on the court together we were awesome! We had just practiced so much together that we could read each other. Often we ended up on the court the whole game together. Loved it!

Now, it's your turn! Answer these questions on your own blog and then add yourself to the linky below and join in the fun. Check out what other bloggers say and comment on theirs. It's tons of fun getting to know our fellow bloggers. (I think I'm a bit hyper this morning. Is it coming across in the blogging? hehe).

How do you find time for the gym?! Seriously you amaze me with all the energy you have!

I'm horrible with the gym! I never go. I try to just walk on my treadmill at home. If it requires trying to find appropriate clothes and driving all the way there I never make it. LOL I did enjoy basketball when I was young. We had a hoop in front of our house and I liked making baskets with my pink basketball.

How can I not do the gym? That is my "me" time. It is my time to rejuvenate and have more energy to make it for the rest of the day. :) If I don't go to the gym then I'm a tired momma. ;) hehe!!

Oooh... "I seen that" would bother me too. Luckily, I don't hear that too often.

I agree about grammar issues being a pet peeve. My husband is a stickler for saying "well" instead of "good." :)
